Human Resources
ULIS Group deploys a multidisciplinary team of professional divers, certified commercial divers, specialized technicians, and engineers trained to international standards. With proven expertise, continuous training, and a high level of rigor, our personnel ensure precise, safe, and tailored interventions in the most complex underwater environments.

PORTRAITS
Eric MOLLA
In 1982, Eric left the French Army’s combat diver school to join the CREPS, where he earned his scuba diving instructor certification—becoming at the time the youngest certified instructor in France (F.F.E.S.S.M).
In 1983, after becoming a certified Class IIIA professional commercial diver, he was hired by Compagnie Générale DORIS and spent the next eight years working on offshore oil platforms across the globe—in countries such as Congo, Angola, and Nigeria. He later headed a hyperbaric medical service for 10 years, treating patients in decompression chambers for gas poisoning and decompression sickness.
Eric is also a trained ROV pilot (San Diego) and a certified hyperbaric chamber operator (Category C) in the medical sector.
In 1992, he founded ULIS as the sole creator and visionary behind the company.
ALLAL ED DAGUNI
Class IIA commercial diver, trained at the renowned French school INPP, Allal also brings with him 30 years of experience as a site manager at ULIS.
His legendary determination and extensive experience have enabled him to successfully lead over a hundred projects across Africa and the Middle East. Allal has an exceptional ability to adapt on site and integrates seamlessly into foreign cultures.
Moreover, Allal is a certified Category C hyperbaric chamber operator and a Bureau Veritas-approved underwater welder.
SALAH SMOUNI
Specialized in inspection, CAD (Computer Aided Design), bathymetric measurement and holding the COFREN N2, Salah is also a scuba diver in classified Morocco.
His rigor and straightforwardness make him a highly effective resource for all underwater expertise and inspection missions.
Since the start of his career with ULIS, Salah has successfully completed numerous assignments in Morocco and Africa for customers such as Bolloré Africa Logistics, SOMAGEC, SGTM, SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT, EIFFAGE, VEOLIA…
MATTHIEU DUBOIS
An engineer/manager in fisheries and aquaculture science trained at INTECHMER/CNAM, Matthieu also has a BOPE Biology degree specializing in the marine environment.
With a wealth of experience on 4 continents, Matthieu then joined the ULIS group and developed the OAS (Oceanography/Environment and Aquaculture) division.
His commitment to the global environment is part of the contemporary dynamics of North Africa, with the completion of projects such as the installation of artificial reefs (Ministry of the Environment), marine biological reference studies, stock assessments of marine species (INRH) and environmental impact studies of marine outfalls (LYDEC).
